Growing companies outgrow their own infrastructure. We bridge the gap.
When responsibilities outpace the team behind them, the usual answer is more software, and every tool assumes someone accountable will run it. We built one platform for the whole job and staffed it, so you can keep moving up market with the headcount you actually have.
“A staffed operations platform, built for the job ahead of you.”
Growing companies get handed enterprise-grade expectations (security, compliance, IT) well before they have enterprise resources to meet them. A ticketing system does not answer tickets. A compliance tracker does not collect evidence. A risk register does not review risks. Every one of those products quietly assumes someone on your side is doing the running, and below a certain size, that someone rarely exists.
Hiring the people to run it all has priced out everyone below enterprise. Cloud Sentry runs that function for you, inside a product you can see: the Cloud Sentry Operations Platform. Your team works inside it, and our operators, engineers, and advisors are accountable within it.
It covers the whole job end to end: IT and the service desk, access, people lifecycle, advisory, compliance, risk, and security as one pillar among them. We call it the first staffed operations platform. Most platforms arrive empty. Ours arrives inhabited.

Our values
Simplicity
Complex to build, simple to use. We don’t hide behind jargon or unnecessary tools. If it doesn’t make your life easier, we don’t do it.
Transparency
You own everything. Every credential, every configuration, every process. Standard formats, portable data, and published pricing. We earn your trust by making it easy to leave.
Trustworthiness
We deliver what we promise, on time, with clear communication. Our clients trust us with their most sensitive systems because we’ve earned it through consistent execution.
Empathy
We’ve been where you are, building something important with too few resources and too many unknowns. That experience shapes everything we do. Your problems are our problems.

From the founder
Why I built Cloud Sentry
I built Cloud Sentry because the small companies that will matter most in the future are getting left behind today. They navigate audits, vendor pitches, and complex customer requirements with anyone in the room who is truly on their side.
Cloud Sentry exists to be that someone. The tools and infrastructure are within reach now; what's been missing is a team that pulls them together. We built the Cloud Sentry Operations Platform to be that team: the people you would have hired if you had room for five specialists, working inside a product you can see.
These companies are the future, and we stand behind them to make sure they are still here to build it.

Transparency, made literal
You own everything, and you can see all of it.
Transparency is one of our values, so we built it into the product. Every request, every approval, the evidence that proves the work, and the live status of what we run live in one place you control. You own every credential and configuration, and you can export it and walk out at any time.
Work with the people behind the platform
You have met the team. There are two ways in: choose a plan, or set up an operated partnership built around your company.
Every plan pairs the platform with the team that runs it. See what is included at each level and where your company fits.
Talk with someone who does the work. Bring your current setup and your open questions, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
